Our fresh poultry is available by order from our farm shop. This is the only way we can ensure high quality and freshness. The following overview shows when each of our products is available:

Our product range through the year

Eggs: all year round

Chicken^*: February to October

Turkey^*: February to October

Guinea fowl: May and September

Duck^**: at Easter, for the Kirchweih parish fair in October and shortly before Christmas

Goose^***: for St. Martin's Day and at Christmas

Soup hen: February, mid-April to mid-May, July and August, October to December

* Chicken and turkey are available whole, halved or cut into parts.
** Easter, Kirchweih (parish fair in October) and shortly before Christmas
*** St. Martin's Day and Christmas (please order in good time)

Eggs from our chickens are available daily. You can purchase meat by order from our farm shop. Please reserve in time so we can plan for your needs when housing the animals.

Prepare the chicken wings quickly and easily: salt, pepper, and put them in the oven on a bed of potatoes. Voilà: dinner is ready.
